REACH Information
Information on Article 33 of REACH Regulation concerning STIGA Group products.
According to Article 33 of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH), companies producing, importing or distributing products containing one or more so-called substances of very high concern in a concentration of more than 0.1 % by weight, are subject to certain information requirements. Substances identified as of very high concern have been included in the so-called REACH Candidate List by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
On 27/06/2018 Lead (Cas no. 7439-92-1) has been added to the REACH Candidate List. Lead is a substance contained in a wide variety of metallic components installed on our machines. Examples of articles having a Lead content higher than 1000 ppm:
- machining steel articles;
- aluminium alloys articles;
- copper alloys articles;
- soldering;
- sealed batteries.
We are continuously collecting data and information from our suppliers.
We comply with the above obligation providing information on the following list of components and relevant substances:
