The following 4 points are not covered by the warranty, but are handling mistakes that are frequently noted when lawn mowers are submitted for repair. Please check the following before returning your machine for repairs.

1. Oil 
Always check the oil before starting the machine. All lawn mowers are delivered without oil. They should be filled with 0.6 litres of type SAE30 (not included). 
2. Air filter 
If the machine is tilted to one side, the carburettor and the air filter must be facing up so that no oil enters the air filter. If damage has already occurred the filter must be changed. 
3. Petrol 
Check the fuel level if you have start-up problems. Never start a machine filled with old petrol.  (Max 3 months old in an approved canister). 
4. Spark plugs 

Check the spark plug if you have start-up problems.
