Cut your lawn! During spring you should cut the grass at least once a week to promote thickening and to prevent weed growth.Remember that if your grass is left to grow too tall the lawn turns yellow. You may need to mow twice a week. Remember that each time you mow the lawn, you should not cut more than one third of its length so as to maintain its quality. The lawn should be cut when perfectly dry; so we recommend that you work during the warm spring afternoons and avoid morning cutting.
Periodically check the condition of your mower; the blade should be in perfect shape so as not to fray the lawn and to ensure a precise cut. Visit the lawnmowers section to discover the mower that best fits your garden size and needs. |
